[EN] I went to Tebet, a suburb in Jakarta, a couple of months ago on a cloudy morning and took some shots. I took a photo of this mosque where one of its minarets is under construction.
Today is the 9th day of Ramadhan, the fasting month. The whole month is a time for Muslims to do more prayers and good deeds, read more of the Holy Quran and give out more to the poor.

Hari ini adalah hari ke 9 dari bulan puasa Ramadhan. Selama satu bulan ini adalah waktu bagi Muslim untuk melakukan ibadah, kebaikan, baca Quran dan bersedekah lebih banyak.

[EN] 7-Eleven is now in many places in Jakarta. It has become a favorite hangout place in Jakarta. The lighting is bright and the coffee is cheap. You can put extra syrup like caramel in the coffee. It only costs around $1. This 7-Eleven outlet is in Jl. Saharjo, Tebet.

[EN] Tebet is an area in Jakarta with many places to hangout. Cafe du Chocolat is one such place. They also have small clothing stores with quality clothing in the area.
Tebet is also a residential area that is close to the centre of Jakarta, but in weekdays, even though it is near, it may take like 1 hour to drive to Sudirman-Thamrin (the centre of Jakarta). Late in the night, when it is not busy, it only takes like 5 to 10 minutes to reach the centre of the city.
I went to Tebet on a weekend a few days ago, and the morning was cloudy and humid, but I took a few shots anyway.
[ID] Tebet adalah suatu area di Jakarta dengan banyak tempat nongkrong. Cafe du Chocolat adalah salah satu tempat nongkrong. Di Tebet banyak juga toko baju yang kecil yang bermutu.
Tebet adalah area residensial yang dekat dengan pusat Jakarta, tetapi dihari kerja, meskipun dekat, menyetir ke Sudirman-Thamrin (pusat dari Jakarta) bisa memakan waktu 1 jam. Kalau dimalam hari, diwaktu sepi, perjalanan ke pusat kota memakan waktu hanya 5 sampai 10 menit.
Saya ke Tebet pada akhir pekan beberapa hari yang lalu, dan pagi itu hari mendung dan lembab tetapi saya sempatkan untuk mengambil beberapa foto.
