[EN] I took my family to the Safari Park two weeks ago. Everyone had a great time enjoying the drive through the Park and watching other attractions that the Park offers. For me, I also had a great time taking pictures of the animals. The park is between one to one and a half hour drive from Jakarta, but in holiday season, it may take longer time.
I was surprised that they have considerably improved the management and maintenance of the park. As you drive through the Park, you can see hundreds of animals live free like they do in their natural habitat. It’s great that they have adopted the concept of the modern zoo. The animals are not kept in cages and they have plenty of space to roam around. Not only they have animals from within Indonesia, but they also have animals from other parts of the world.
The leopard in the picture is in the Kids’ Zoo. By paying a Rp 10,000 ticket (around US$1), people can sit next to the cat and let their friend take a photo of them.

Beautiful photography.
That glint in the leopard’s eye is a little unnerving. I don’t know if I would want to sit next to it!
To be honest with you, I wouldn’t either.
Gambarnya cakep mas ! di tunggu gambar2 lainnya ..
I am loving all your animal shots. When I was a kid, they had a cheetah at the mall that you could sit next to for a picture so my sister and I did and we both looked very scared in the picture!
